• Hallways Cleaning
• The specification page of our proposal will be fairly specific but if there is some
  area of cleaning that does not seem to be addressed, we'll be happy to add it in.
  Also, please note that all specifications are scheduled for a specific frequency
  (except the Supervisor's duties) so that there is no question about what is to be
  done and when. However, if there were to be a dissatisfaction with any of the
  service, we have a "No Excuse" policy--the deficiency is happily taken care of.

• Vacuuming: All stairs, halls, and landings, carpets, including
  mats will be vacuumed.
• Entrance areas: All glass doors and side panels will be spot
  cleaned each time on both sides (weather permitting), interior
  glass doors will be cleaned.

• Entrance mats: Carpeted entrance mats will be vacuumed.
  Rubber or vinyl mats will be swept or brushed as needed
  
  

• Tile floors: Tile floors will be thoroughly wet moped with a neutral
  cleaner.
  


• Tile: Tile in front entrances,doors,walls, partitions will be cleaned.



• Cobwebs: Dust and cobwebs from walls and ceilings in entrances
  and hallways will be removed.



• Wood trim and metal railings: Wood trim and metal railings will be
  dusted.
• Pictures: All wall hung pictures and other wall decorations will be
  dusted and straightened
• Carpets: Carpets will be thoroughly vacuumed, taking care to
  get into corners, along edges. Spot cleaning will be performed to
  remove occasional spills or stains and will be limited to small
  isolated spots.
  
  
• Walls: Wall surfaces around light switches and doorframes
  will be spot cleaned as necessary. Spots on all walls will be
  cleaned as needed.
• Ledges and handrails: All ledges and handrails will be dusted.
• Mailboxes -will be dusted.
  
  
• Ledges-window sills: will be dusted.
• Baseboards: will be dusted.
  
  
• Lights: Will be dusted.



• Exit Signs: will be dusted.



• Cement-terrazo-tile: other- will be sweeped and damp moped.
• Windows: All windows will be cleaned.
