It varies from customer to customer. But basically, we do a thorough job of dusting and vacuuming throughout your house. Attention is paid to baseboards, ceiling fixtures, cobwebs, sliding glass doors, windowsills, etc. Kitchen and bathroom floors are always given special attention. The bathrooms and the kitchen sink and counter area must be sanitized, deodorized and disinfected. Essentially, we do all the things you would do if you had the time. Additional services include changing linens, watering plants, window washing, and interior cleaning of ovens and refrigerators.

We are happy to do one time cleanings. None of service is too small or too big for us. Just contact to us to make arrangements.

Q & A. How much do you charge and how do I arrange for service?

Some clients desire an immediate cleaning visit others prefer receiving a free in home estimate before a cleaning visit is scheduled. For a one-time only House Cleaning, simply inform us how long you would like to have us to clean. For a one-time only we charge $17.00/hour. We can help you over the phone estimate how much time you need.

If you are interested in an on going service just contact us, we set up an appointment for a free in-home estimate. The estimate takes approximately 15 minutes. During which time will be any question answered, we will visit each room and explain the task that will be completed. If you decide to have regular service, you don't need sign anything. We will work on a bid or hourly rate basis. We'll take a look at your location and give you a quotation based on the work you'd like performed and how often. See Cleaning service rates

We're very careful in the selection and hiring of a new maid. Because we are family owned cleaning service we guaranteed trustworthy employees because we know them from many years. They are caring and loyal. We are also insured and bonded.

The things happen and we understand it. If you need to postpone your scheduled cleaning, please try to do so 24 hours in advance. Call us anytime. However, if it becomes a habit we will need to assess a lock out charge.

Q & A. If I can't be home during cleaning hours, what I can do?

Many of our customers appreciate coming home to a clean house, they are working people and they enjoy not being home while our employees are cleaning. Most supply us with a key to their home. There is nothing on the key that would let someone else know who's key it was. Somebody leaves a key under mat or back door open, this option I don't like a much due to security reasons. Others give us a code to enter through the garage.

We fell so sorry if something broke. Usually nothing happens our girls are so carefully. But accidents do occur. Please, call us and we will be glad to resolve the matter to your satisfaction.

Best Service also provides our own cleaning supplies and cleaning equipment. However, if you'd prefer that we use your vacuum cleaner or if there's any particular cleaning product that you're especially fond of, we'll be glad to use whatever you provide. We charge $5.00 per visit if Best Service provides the equipment and supplies.

It's depend on you. We've got one person or a crew that's just right for you. Some Our customers prefer having one maid as opposed to having two, three, or more maids in their home. Some our customers prefer have a supervised team of two, because of the time. They are same maids, clean after clean, they do the same job, just don't spend whole day in your house. It 's Up to YOU! IT'S YOUR MONEY!

No, the cost of the cleaning will do not increase. The team will just spend and finish cleaning the home in less time. The cost is the same. The hourly rate on one-time cleaning does change.
